Therapeutic touch is my passion and life work.
The goal of my work is to awaken the body and tap into inner awareness. This is where we can develop a bond in which you feel safe to let go. My favorite moments come when the connection between us is not reliant on any expectation. It is focused on the process of understanding how the body responds to thoughtful intention. With a strong foundation, I have been practicing since 2002 and offer over 1500 hours of education to my work. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, and have studied through Crestone Healing Arts Center and Oregon School of Massage, bridging Eastern and Western modalities to allow for a wide perspective and versatile treatments.
I do not limit my sessions to one note or one time. I incorporate a variety of techniques and deep intuition. We will work together to accomplish an understanding of how your structure is poised to holding patterns and why these patterns may be locking you into discomfort. Let’s work together to find the key to your personal story. Each person has one to tell. Through curiosity and facilitated touch therapy, we can break up the unwanted stored memories and move into lasting relief. The body knows what it needs and sometimes we forget to listen. I am here to hold space for active listening.
With your interest, I invite you to consider spending some time with me, in a space where we can exchange gifts. My gift of bodywork and your gift of trust. Every moment is a moment worth learning and I am committed to expanding my work through the lessons you offer.
